Delaney is also getting very close to being potty trained. She has pooped and peed numerous times on her potty. She is bribed with chocolate chips which seems to be working. We will try pull-ups soon and then underwear! I am guessing she will be trained by her birthday or soon after.
The Terrible Twos have definitely kicked in! No is the answer to almost every question we ask Delaney. Sometimes she says No just for fun, not even when we have said anything! On occasion she will say NO repeatedly for over a minute for no reason at all. Ah, the joys of having a toddler.
We are enjoying being back in Florida and close to family. We are getting pretty spoiled by having our moms come out and watch Delaney when we need them. For a few days we get to see what it is like to have a live-in nanny and maid! We are enjoying this as much as we can because we don't know how long we will be in Florida.
My parents and Thad and I bought Disney 4 Park passes. They came a few weekends ago and we took Delaney to Animal Kingdom. It was so much fun! Delaney loved the characters and wasn't afraid at all. She went right up and hugged them. She loved the animals, rides, and spending time with Mimi and Poppy. She kept switching back and forth between them.
Well, that's all for now. Check back soon for more updates and pictures.
Awww! They are growing so fast, aren't they! Okay, so tell me your secret to potty training?!?! I am soooo over diapers!
