She is enjoying crawling around the house. We started to baby-proof over the weekend. We have to keep all shoes outside because she loves to hold them and put them in her mouth! She likes to chase down Penny. Luckily Penny is faster than she is. Penny is actually pretty patient with Delaney, but can be unpredictable, so we have to keep a close eye on her.
Delaney is eating 3 solid meals a day, plus 4-5 bottles of milk. Veggies are hit and miss though. We have been introducing more table foods, such as crackers, bananas, cheese, carrots, and celery. She doesn't consume much, but enjoys playing with her food and making a big mess for Mom and Dad to clean up.
Delaney's 9 month birthday is this Friday. Time is just going by so fast! She is turning into a big girl right before our eyes.
Love that picture! Lyla makes the same escape after her bath...after several accidents on the floor we found a trick that works. Sing "The Wheels on the Bus" while putting her diaper on. For some reason, it works like a charm for Lyla!
